• 3. Passport/ official documents -No Need Visa & Passport for Indian Citizen in Nepal. But compulsory visa and 6 Months Valid Passport for Kailash Yatra with 4 passport size photographs.
• 4. Food during yatra: Our cooks will be traveling with you during the entire trip. Our Staff will carry all necessary cooking items and will provide Pure Indian vegetarian food.

• It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any unforeseen disputes, weather-related issues, natural calamities, technical failure of any type of transport we use, loss of earnings, Weather, late arrivals or force majeure, or any items beyond our control.
• Yatra is subject to receive appropriate permissions/ visa from Tibet/ China Govt. if process is delayed by Chinese authorities by any reason the yatra dates may be vary by 3 to 7 days or more.

After booking, if you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify Astha Temple Tour in writing at asthatourp@gmail.com Once Astha Temple Tour receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:

• 50% refund on cancellations between 30 and 45 days.
• 30% refund on cancellations between 30 and 16 days.
• No refund before 15 days of departure or Yatra denial by local doctors during medical check-up in Yatra.

• The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances if permit for yatra is received from Tibet Govt. We can accept replacements from customers without any cost for up to 30 days before the Yatra permit received with date and complete Valid documents.
• All refunds and cancellations are applicable as per the cancellation policy, with a processing time of 30 working days from the date of cancellation.

Please note: there is no requirement of the applicant’s signature on the visa application form in case of Group Visa which provided by the side of China Embassy, if there is any change in the policy, we will inform the same to you time to time.
